To brew it hot, bring water to 160 degrees, let leaves steep 10 minutes. Strain, and sweeten with raw honey if you wish.
Brew it cold by adding leaves to cool water, cover and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight. Strain, sweeten to taste, and enjoy.

Botanical Ingredients:
Organic Green Tea, Organic Spearmint leaf, Organic Chamomile blossom, Organic Moringa leaf, Organic Lavender buds.
Suggested Use:
Directions: Use 1 to 3 tablespoons of tea per quart of water. Heat water to almost boiling, remove from heat and pour over tea. Stir, cover, and steep for 10 to 20 minutes, or more. Strain, sweeten if desired. Serve hot or chill.
Adjust amount of tea, steeping time, and temperature according to preference. That’s the beauty of loose-leaf tea, you can make it to taste!
